Since My vibes changing inside of me. My Soul is taking over more and more.

 

I shifting from being shortly into diet LCHF then shifting to glutenfree. Then very shortly shifting into vegan.

 

My body started to Feel Healthy and well. But after 6months, I am constantly into feeling my Hands and feet so chilling.  Even into summer hot weather, I am still very freezing. I ate a raw vegan whole diet, my morning is Smoothie with spinach, spirulina and chia seeds sometimes mixed. With non organic coconut milk.

 

 

I was daily in and out watching a Ascended master Infinite water, how he become a Vegan and spiritually abundance flow within .

 

I started to test that and that. Until I met Ayurveda and picking my Yoga exercise to combine.

 

Today I got hear a message, for Me not overuse my Divine gift and resources Universe continue to give me.

 

I need to learn to Share my Energy, I am on the good way to balance out My Root Chakra, it was too EXCESSIVE.

 

I started to Struggle where I can buy Budget and pure Eco Sunflower butter seed, why because in Ayurveda, dosha Kapha energies as Earth and Water will increasing by Salty and Pitta is sensitive to all additives.
